As Michael Kratky and Detlef Hainzl decided in the past year to once again walk the business path together it became clear very soon that a cornerstone of their collaboration would be situated in Canada.
Michael Kratky, the German-Canadian entrepreneur with his profund knowledge of Eastern Europe is working since 1990 i.e. more than 20 years in Canada, especially in B.C. and Alberta.
In doing so he was able to point out lucrative ways to many mainly German investors investing their capital securely and profitablby in Canada.
In addition he had already, since 2004, organized from Austria many successful business transactions involving the neighboring east-european states. All of this resulting in the decision to establish a branch of their Canadian Shareholding in Salzburg-Hallwang.
Aim is to target the austrian and east-european market offering the Investor Immigration Programs of The National Bank of Canada, Montreal.
Detlev Hainzl, the sales specialist for capital investments/insurances and the proprietor of the largest german speaking Insurance agency in Spain, is already active in Canada since 1995.
Especially in Quebec he managed and coordinated the sale of various private construction developments.
He was the first european succeeding in bringing over a dozen Russian families to Canada declaring them business immigrants by means of then still private programs.
Due to the collective experiences in their respective fields Kratky and Hainzl were able in 2011 to conclude cooperation agreements between their companies and the National Bank Financial in Montreal who is leading the market with respect to Investor-Immigration-Programs.
